Pin Point Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Operative, for a manufacturing company based in Dagenham.
As the Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for operating a Forklift and working within the Warehouse, supporting all aspects covered by the department.
Warehouse Operative Job Role
- Follow work to list as directed by area supervisor.
- Ensure all stock is accurately handled according to task specifics, report any damaged or missing stock.
- Pick, pack and process all deliveries of stock internally and externally according to area processes.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders on stock related matters.
- Move stock around by hand, using lifting gear or a forklift truck.
- Following of safety procedures and practices.
- General tidying and cleaning of the warehouse.
- To be able to work independently or within a team.
- To perform any other duties that may be required from time to time
Warehouse Operative Skills required:
- Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential – do not need experience
- To be able to work in a team
- Good planning & organisation skills
- Communication
- Confidence and sound customer service
