We’re seeking an experienced administrator to support technicians with scheduling and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate work for technicians.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage inbox and update records.
  • Liaise with clients and engineers on planned works.
  • Process reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Organise accommodation, site access, and courier collections.
  • Monitor van fleet and arrange site inductions.

About You:

  • Experience in administration and customer service.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
