Office Administrator
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Full-Time – 38 hours per week
Rate of pay: Up to £13.50 per hr dependant on experience
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and organised Office Administrator who’s confident using Excel to price up jobs and support the day-to-day running of our busy office in Stockton.
This is a key role for someone who thrives on structure, clear communication, and juggling a variety of tasks with professionalism and precision. If you're the go-to person for keeping things in order and love working with numbers—this could be your perfect fit.
Your Day-to-Day will include:
- Managing the reception area and being the first point of contact for visitors and calls
- Using Excel to create and manage job pricing sheets and costings
- Supporting internal departments with admin, scheduling, and job updates
- Ensuring smooth office operations, including liaising with IT, facilities and service providers
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to all clients and guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in office administration
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & other Office apps
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with great communication and a proactive attitude
