Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Machine Operative to join a manufacturing company in Wymondham.
As a Machine Operative you will be responsible for operating & adjusting enclosing equipment to an optimum level ensuring that production requirements are being met and improved
Machine Operative Job Role
- Responsible for setting and running enclosing machines
- Responsible for loading all feeders with the correct stock
- Responsible for achieving productivity targets set by the company
- Carry out minor repairs/adjustments as required
- Understanding postal sortitions and making sure all presented correctly
- Lead by example and ensure that all work produced by yourself is of the standard expected taking responsibility for any team members assigned or working with you
- Responsible for ensuring that quality and quantity standards are achieved
- Follow and play an active role in the companies 5C plans and standards.
- Working on Bluecrest enclosing machines.
Week 1 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted hours, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, OR 7pm to 7am working 11 hours per shift.
Week 2 - Monday and Tuesday, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, OR 7pm to 7am working 11 hours per shift.
Machine Operative Skills Required:
- Experience with operating and setting a machine
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Operating and setting a enclosing machine is a distinct advantage

Days – £27,535
Nights - £30,528
