Fleet Administrator
- £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Fleet Administrator, you will provide consistent support to internal and broader teams nationwide.
- Work in our client’s Key 2 Fleet Management System, a dynamic system encompassing all Fleet-related tasks.
- Lead effective communication and negotiation with suppliers and third-party agents.
- Managing compliance data.
- Responsible for organising Group Vehicle Requirements (Spot Hire/ Rental/Contract Hire).
- Managing Tolls, CC, and ULEZ Accounts.
- Update systems with licence checks, parking charge notices, road fund licences and other relevant information.
- Administration of forms and associated Fleet documents.
- Monitor the Group Incident Database and liaise with Insurers.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports.
- Expediently updating and processing Fleet invoices for payment and challenging non-compliant invoices.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and issue Purchase Orders.
- Oversee company car ordering and renewals.
- Keep up to date with the latest legislation.
Relevant Education, Training and Skills:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / M365.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables & VBA would be beneficial.
- Fleet Management Experience is required.
- The ability to research and collate information as required to perform the role.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate work.
- The demonstrable ability to establish and sustain good working relationships.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
