Administrator

  • Boldon, Tyne and Wear
  • Salary: £12.00 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5pm
  • Office based
  • Initial 6 month fixed term contract; potential for longer term.

 

Are you an organised administrator with a head for organisation and an eye for detail?

We're looking for a skilled Administrator to join the HR team of a distribution business in Boldon. You'll be the backbone of the department, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and accurately.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing shared inboxes and directing emails to the right people
  • Helping with the recruitment process, from posting jobs to preparing new hire paperwork
  • Keeping the HR systems up-to-date and organised
  • Supporting the team with the admin behind appraisals, return-to-work processes, and more
  • Ensuring all data & information is handled with care & confidentiality

 

What we're looking to see from you:

  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Admin experience within in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work to ensure changing deadlines can be met
