One of Europe's largest communications companies are on the lookout for a Team Manager to join their team within the Digital Mailroom.
They are looking for individuals with excellent people management skills, who will lead and engage a team of digital mailroom administrators, supporting the achievement of each individual and the overall team key performance indicators.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 25 operatives, ensuring that all business expectations are achieved in a safe environment
- Ensure current SOPs are accurate, up to date and in line with the related KPIs
- Support continuous improvement by encouraging, generating and implementing ideas that improve performance
- Hold constructive One-to-Ones and appraisals with agreed activity that optimises both individual and team performance
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent people management skills, with experience of managing and motivating a team to achieve required targets
- Can demonstrate levels of accountability and reliability in previous management roles
- Excellent communication, written skills, and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong demonstrable leadership skills
