Regional Sales Manager
- Covering South Wales, South West & Midlands
- Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
- Salary – circa £50,000 per annum basic; realistic OTE £70K+
- Remote working – from home, with 1-2 days a week in the field

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be working for a leading food distribution company, tasked with developing the Area Sales team within your region, ultimately leading to a growth in profit contribution in existing and new customers within your region (Yorkshire).
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, accompanying them to client visits where required
- Design and implement sales budgets and forecasts
- Strategically identify new business potential across your region, developing an intricate understanding of your marketplace
- Plan and execute sales opportunities
- Developing key accounts to maximise revenue
- Establish and maintain training matrices for your team
What you will bring to the team:
- Extensive sales experience with a background in food, wholesale, foodservice etc
- First class leadership and motivational skills – developing and nurturing the skills within your team will be paramount to success
- Strong negotiation & networking skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Results orientated personality
- Valid UK driving licence
