Regional Sales Manager

  • Covering South Wales, South West & Midlands
  • Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
  • Salary – circa £50,000 per annum basic; realistic OTE £70K+
  • Remote working – from home, with 1-2 days a week in the field

As a Regional  Sales Manager, you’ll be working for a leading food distribution company, tasked with developing the Area Sales team within your region, ultimately leading to a growth in profit contribution in existing and new customers within your region (Yorkshire).

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, accompanying them to client visits where required
  • Design and implement sales budgets and forecasts
  • Strategically identify new business potential across your region, developing an intricate understanding of your marketplace
  • Plan and execute sales opportunities
  • Developing key accounts to maximise revenue
  • Establish and maintain training matrices for your team

What you will bring to the team:

  • Extensive sales experience with a background in food, wholesale, foodservice etc
  • First class leadership and motivational skills – developing and nurturing the skills within your team will be paramount to success
  • Strong negotiation & networking skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Results orientated personality
  • Valid UK driving licence
