Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist for a manufacturing company based in Wymondham, Norfolk.
As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and employees, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The role entails managing the front desk daily and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks accurately and efficiently.
Job Role:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure all inquiries are answered professionally and directed to the relevant person/department.
- Manage the site’s physical key management system.
- Support the onboarding process for new site employees.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and well-presented.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Perform and maintain data records accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and organise catering for meetings and events as needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Support the weekly testing of our emergency evacuation alarm systems.
- Support and produce site-wide communications to ensure important messages are disseminated effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
