Role Summary
We are seeking a Production Operatives for client based in Washington to perform the duties listed below.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection.
- Performs semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.
- May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.
- Ensures product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities.
- Makes machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process.
- Maintains procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as Production Operative or relevant role minimum 2 year
- Must be able to work a 3 shift pattern consisting of days / nights / backs
- Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform work while standing or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day.
Pay Rate:
- Day shift: £10.60 - £11.02
- Back shift: £13.14 - £13.66
- Night shift: £14.42 - £14.99
- OT: £15.90 - £22.04
