Production Operative

• Working as part of a team in a Production environment, you will undertake the operating of various equipment.
• This fulfilment will be undertaken in accordance to established job specifications and procedures.
• The job is a physical job, and you will be required to be on your feet all shifts.
• You may also be required to obtain and return stock from various locations across the production floor as well as supporting other Operators when required.
• You will need to adhere to quality and output targets and must also show an all-round willingness to complete other tasks as requested.
• Basic PC skills will also be required for various MI tasks such as Recording job run details, booking jobs off to agreed dispatch methods and stock requests.
• This role works on an annualised hour shift pattern.
• The number of hours you work in a one-year period will average out at 35hrs per week.
• There will be a requirement to work no more than 11 shifts in any two-week period.
• You will be given a new plan every six months that will outline what shifts you will be required to work during that period

Hours:

• Swing Shift Pattern rotating
• Week 1 Mon-Fri 07:00-15:00
• Week 2 15:00-23:00.
• This includes 2 x 30 minutes break daily. Weekend availability
