National Account Manager - Food

  • Fully remote (must be able to travel to North West of England for Head Office meetings)
  • Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
  • Salary – up to £45,000 per annum

As a National Account Manager, you’ll be working for a leading food distribution company, tasked with developing and increasing revenue with key national accounts.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Building a sustainable National Accounts portfolio
  • Identifying opportunities to grow potential new revenue streams with existing customers, as well as highlighting possible new market opportunities..
  • Ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered
  • Working with the senior leadership team to develop a strategic customer service delivery plan
  • Building and implementing an annual rolling sales forecast
  • Ensuring data is routinely updated and used to maximise market potential.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Extensive B2B sales and/or account management experience -  a background in food, foodservice or independent retail is essential
  • Strong negotiation & networking skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Results orientated personality
  • Valid UK driving licence
