Key Account Manager Key Account Manager Sunderland (excellent location for Metro & bus) £33,000 - £37,000 Permanent staff position Full Time, Monday – Friday A talented Key Account Manager is wanted to join the Client Services team of a leading global outsourcing business. Based at their flagship facility in Sunderland, you will manage and develop a close working relationship with various key accounts, ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest standard. Your Experience Proven background in account management, B2B customer success or client relationship development A background working with a blue-chip client base would be beneficial, but not essential This is not a sales position - your key strengths will revolve around managing customer requirements/expectations, and balancing this with internal service delivery capabilities.
