Injection Moulding Setter
One of the UKs largest plastic component manufactures are searching for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join their team.
Reporting to the Senior Technician, the successful candidate will be proficient in setting up and operating injection moulding machines for the production of plastic components and products.
What You’ll Bring to the Team

Experience in injection moulding setting, operation and maintenance

Strong understanding of injection moulding principles and processes

Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

To be reliable and able to manage own workload

Attention to detail; identify and correct problems at the earliest opportunity
Your Key Duties & Responsibilities

Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components
-
Ensure that all moulds are properly aligned, cleaned, and lubricated before production
-
Monitor and adjust machine settings, such as temperature, pressure, and speed, to achieve optimal production results

Train and develop new machine operatives, as and when needed
