A global engineering company is seeking an experienced HSQE Manager to lead and improve standards at their North Yorkshire facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind safety initiatives and quality assurance strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing all ISO certifications
- Leading the Quality Control department, developing a high-performance team.
- Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits to minimise hazards.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the site, driving lean principles
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Significant experience in a health & safety or quality leadership role, specifically within manufacturing or engineering
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Knowledge of ISO compliance
- Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- A track record of implementing change and motivating teams.
