HGV Class 1 ADR Tanker Drivers

Bulk Tanker driver, delivering hazardous goods throughout the UK
£45,427 per annum
- Overtime Paid for additional shifts at £24.72 per hour for all hours worked (including Breaks)
- Nights-Out Paid at £40 per night out
4 ON 4 OFF
Key Qualifications Required for the role:
- Class 1 ( Cat CE Vocational Licence )
- ADR in Tanks to cover min Class 8 & 9
- Driver CPC Vocational Qualification
- In Date driver digital tacho card
The Role:
- Delivering hazardous chemicals in tankers throughout the UK
- Compressor discharge, as well as pump draw off at certain customers
- Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern ( + Overtime shifts )
- Drivers are expected to cover a fair share of additional overtime shifts
- Nights out are a fundamental part of this role and are contracted as ‘as and when required’ by the company
The Training:
- Full 2 – 3 weeks comprehensive training package carried out alongside an experienced Driver Trainer, followed by a final “ pass out “ with a Senior Assessor
- Refresher Training on Day 1 with Keep Legal, Drivers Hours, First Use Inspections and Company O Licencing
- Full Company induction to include all PPE requirements and site procedures/ protocol
- On-going regular assessments and re-training
