Electrical Service Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Engineer to join our team and provide technical support and maintenance services across the North East.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes and lifting equipment, troubleshooting electrical issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
What We Offer:
- Up to 45,000 dependent on experience with additional out of hours call out fee payments
- OTE £40,000-£60,000)
- 40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm
- Monday to Friday
- 33 days annual holiday including statutory bank holidays

Main Duties
- Inspect, service, maintain and repair overhead cranes and lifting equipment across a wide range of industries.
- Provide technical support to our crane operators and maintenance personnel to resolve electrical issues on-site
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on cranes, including electrical systems, motors, and control systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using specialised equipment and software
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting electrical components
Preferred Qualifications and skillset:
- Experience working on large industrial lifting equipment
- Electro-mechanically trained
- Time served electrically qualified an advantage
- Understanding and knowledge of electrical drawings an advantage
