Pin Point Recruitment is looking for Direct Mail Operators for a manufacturing company based in Rotherham. As a Direct Mail Operative you will be working in a highly efficient and agile fulfilment department, working to ensure we meet daily outputs and KPI’s.
This is a newly developed department, where processes are always changing, a good eye for detail and a passion for working proactively is a must.
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Direct Mail Operative Job Role:
- Preparing distribution lists for the preferred despatch method and output.
- Packing items in accordance with the customer and in number of packages as defined by the job, identifying each package with a pack label.
- Preparing items in the most effective way ready for Fulfilments.
- Assembling work – making up Packs i.e. inserting leaflets, letter etc into envelopes.
- Selecting appropriate courier method for specific customers
- Monitoring stock from the warehouse ensuring required stock levels are maintained within the department.
- Ensuring exemplary service is always delivered.
- Prioritising workload to ensure a balanced approach to reacting to incoming requests.

- Excellent communication skills.
- PC literate and able to learn new applications quickly.
- Able to work under pressure and to a tight schedule.
