Die Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: £48,000
An established manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Die Maintenance Supervisor to lead a busy shop-floor team supporting a high-volume Press Shop.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and coordinating die maintenance activities on shift
- Managing technicians and team leaders day-to-day
- Planning workloads, signing off work, and keeping production moving
- Providing hands-on technical support for press tooling and die issues
- Driving safety standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement
- Liaising with senior management and supporting HR processes
What you’ll need:
- Time-served apprenticeship (press tool / toolmaking background)
- Strong knowledge of press tooling, die setting, and fault-finding
- Previous supervisory or senior technician experience
- Confident leadership, communication, and organisation skills
