  • Middlesbrough
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm
  • 36.5 hours per week
  • £12.21 per hour
  • Permanent position (following a probationary period via agency)

 

A proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator is required join a leading Teesside manufacturing company.

 

Working with a skilled, knowledgeable and supportive team, you will be a key point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in coordinating orders and ensuring a smooth delivery process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage customer enquiries (mainly over email, but some queries come in over the phone) and requirements with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Process and track orders
  • Coordinate with other departments across the plant to schedule and confirm deliveries.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both customers and internal teams.

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • While prior customer service experience with an engineering, manufacturing or distribution company would be great, it is not essential.
  • The company are committed to developing their employees and will provide comprehensive, ongoing training on operating systems and procedures.
  • You’ll be eager to learn, possess a strong work ethic, and be ready to take on a new challenge.
