  • Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
  • £25,750 per annum
  • Preston PR2

 

A Credit Controller is required to join a national distribution company at their site in Preston.

Working as part of a team, you’ll be primarily tasked with managing a sales ledger to ensure prompt payment from customers.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Previous credit control experience
  • A strong team ethic
  • Professional, confident telephone manner
  • Customer focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contacting customers to chase up outstanding invoices
  • Handling customer queries over phone and email
  • Investigating account queries
  • Assisting with banking tasks
  • Allocation of receipts to individual accounts
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Issuing statements and customer correspondence
