A Credit Controller is required to join a national distribution company at their site in Preston.
Working as part of a team, you’ll be primarily tasked with managing a sales ledger to ensure prompt payment from customers.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Previous credit control experience
- A strong team ethic
- Professional, confident telephone manner
- Customer focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting customers to chase up outstanding invoices
- Handling customer queries over phone and email
- Investigating account queries
- Assisting with banking tasks
- Allocation of receipts to individual accounts
- Reconciling accounts
- Issuing statements and customer correspondence
