Production Team Leader
Location: Washington
Salary: Up to £35,000 + 12% shift allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support a team of production staff.
- Make sure everyone follows safe working practices.
- Keep the workplace clean, organised, and efficient.
- Help your team grow and succeed.
- Solve problems quickly to prevent production delays.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Be the first person your team can turn to for support.
- Help with other tasks as needed to keep the department running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in Management (ideal but not essential).
- Good at organising and prioritising tasks.
- Strong communication skills – confident talking to all levels of staff.
- Able to think on your feet and help the team meet targets.
