A car dealership & garage is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their sales team based in Penkridge.
The purpose of this role is to deliver a great customer experience whilst scheduling services, MOTs, and repairs for customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Booking MOT, Service, and repair appointments over the phone or in person for customers and their vehicles
- Discussing with customers the work that needs to be done to their vehicle and liaise with mechanics to provide accurate pick-up times.
- Upselling service plans to customers
- Taking payments and generating invoices for customers
- Carrying out pre and post appointment calls
- General administrative duties such as filing certificates and repair records.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a dealership is desirable.
- Excellent IT systems experience (Spreadsheets, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Good customer service and telephone manner
