We are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administration Manager who has relevant experience within the engineering or manufacturing industries.
This represents an excellent opportunity to be a key contact for a company which provides products internationally.
Duties of role
- Providing support for international customer orders
- Overseeing and supervising a team of 3
- Account management
- Warehouse control
- Transport, logistics support and tracking
- Ensuring correct import and export documentation
- Overseeing timely invoicing for international accounts
- Aftermarket sales support
- Supporting with scheduling subcontractor activities
- Date input to ERP system
- Forecasting stock for production and delivery
About the person
- Experience in a Sales Administration role within a technical environment
- Having managed a team of administration staff
- Exposure and experience using SAP
- A good level of general education
- Able to multi-task and work across business functions
- Experience working as part of an internal sales team
- Experience of import export documentation and processes
- Account management exposure
