A Business Process Outsourcer with several sites across the UK and Europe are searching for a Risk & Compliance Coordinator to join their team.

Ideally with a background in financial services or large contact centres, you will play a key role in embedding a culture of Risk & Compliance across the business.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

A background in risk and compliance is essential
Working knowledge and understanding of various risk management practices
Ability to meet deadlines under tight time constraints
Strong analytical and reporting skills

What You’ll Be Doing

Support and coordinate all projects related to risk management, assurance and compliance
Investigate and identify any substantial business risks, reporting all irregularities and non-compliance issues to the Risk Manager
Create analysis reports, applying appropriate methods to address emerging risks
Develop and maintain records, reports, and forms associated with investigations and audits
