A business centre is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team. You will great and welcome visitor while ensuring smooth running of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Manage and schedule meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures, monitoring visitor access, and issuing badges.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and assist in scheduling meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous front-of-house reception experience in a busy, customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and office administration systems.
