An experienced Team Leader with a background in packing and despatch is wanted by an expanding independent manufacturer.
You’ll be joining them at an exciting stage of their growth, and you’ll play a key role in the future of the business.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Supervisory experience within a packaging/goods out/despatch environment is a must
- Excellent people management skills – the team will be looking to you for guidance, development and support
- A record of delivering on KPIs in fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- You will be capable of, and ultimately WANT to, grow with the business and take on new & exciting challenges as your career progresses.
- A positive energetic outlook to match the rest of the team
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a team of 10-15 operatives with a hands-on approach
- Assisting with managing staffing rotas and holiday cover
- Day-to-day training and developing your team
- Participate regularly in quality related initiatives.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture
