Pin Point Recruitment is looking for Manual Mailing Operatives for a manufacturing company based in Peterborough
The site is one of 17 sites across the UK and specialises in production of outbound and inbound document services.
Job Role:
- To manually fulfil envelopes with pre-printed letters and associated marketing and compliance material in preparation for collection to the sealing and despatch area.
- You will book out this work using the Prod MI system.
- To ensure that all work allocated to you is completed in a timely manner.
- To be responsible for keeping an accurate record of your activities
- To notify the stock runner of any stock that is required.
- Sealing envelopes and preparing work for despatch to our mail service providers
- To collect and return stock from various locations on the production floor.
- To undertake any other duties associated with Manual Mail.
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
- There can be some flexibility to hours
Skills Required:
- Experience working in a production environment
- Basic PC skills
- Strong attention to detail
