ICP Project Manager
Salary in the region of £60,000-65,000pa
Tyne and Wear based with travel

We are looking to recruit an experienced ICP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects across multiple sectors; commercial, industrial and residential up to £5m project values. Reporting to the Operations Director and Contracts Manager you will be a site based key interface across various schemes.
You will be expected to be on various sites across the UK – primarily in the midlands and south for the majority of the week (all accommodation organised in advance).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing multiple ICP Projects
Working on projects across multiple sectors
Site based with overall responsibility on the performance of the project
Managing all project-related correspondence, schedules, plans, deliverables and documentation
Planning and purchasing materials
Organisation of labour & sub-contract labour
Ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Management of DNO process for the installation and adoption of their newly constructed assets
Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 5 experience within the HV Power Section
Proven track record of successfully managing teams, including contractor partners
Civils project experience including both the field and back office
Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
Ability to lead, motivate and manage field teams.
Ability to contribute technical knowledge to proposals and reports
Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Innovative, creative and proactive with a solution-oriented approach
Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Commercially focused and aware
Full, clean driving license
