Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Hourly Rate: £10.92 per hour
Location: Dumfries
We have an exciting opportunity for Food and Beverage Supervisor for one of our clients who is well UK-known hospitality group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service of all food & beverages
- ensure the customer receives a quality product every time.
- To monitor shift procedures
- To ensure that all monies are kept in a safe and secure area adopting the hotels cash handling procedures
- To be proactive in generating sales and upselling products and services where possible
- To operate the bar and restaurant to the agreed hotel standards
- Ensuring the set up of the restaurant and bar for mealtimes
- To maintain the reception, food and beverage outlets, public areas, stores, back office and staff areas in a clean and tidy condition.
