One of Europe’s largest communications companies is searching for a Despatch Operator to join their distribution team.

What you will bring
- Experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Access.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience processing mail/ stock is desirable.
- Experience working to strict targets and deadline.
Your Duties
- Prepare and assemble all required documentation into packs, ensuring all stock completed within personalisation department is despatched on time.
- Work with the production and client services team, providing details and daily reports for despatched stock
- Package goods according to customer requirements and regulations
- Keep track of stock levels and ensure all products are readily available
