A multinational organisation is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on temp to perm basis. Your role will be to support the customer service team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders and maintaining accurate records.
Your background
- Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service environments.
- Experience managing phone calls and email correspondence.
- Ability to develop good, productive working relationships with internal colleagues and external customers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Job description
- Supporting the Customer Service team by responding to incoming enquiries via telephone and email.
- Ensure all stock levels are consistent, ordering new stock if necessary and processing orders.
- Manage the scheduling and timeliness of the production process to ensure the company meets all deadlines.
