Business Development Executive

- Monday – Friday (1 day in-office per week)
- Flexitime: Start between 7:30-9:30 AM, finish from 4:30 onwards, 4 PM finish on Fridays
- Permanent Position
- £24,000 - £28,000 annually + commission
A leading digital marketing agency are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their successful sales development team in their Middlesbrough office.
If you have strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, and are ready to build relationships with your customers while identifying new business opportunities, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively research and target potential clients, building and maintaining key business relationships.
- Conduct research to understand the marketing needs of clients to provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to grow relationships.
- Attend client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to stay updated on market trends and generate new business opportunities.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
