One of Europe’s largest communications companies is searching for an Account Executive Account Manager who can bring new ideas and a fresh outlook to contribute to a dedicated, diverse team.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience in a client services role where you focused on a small number of key accounts, ideally within the print industry
- Exemplary customer service and communication skills
- Skilled in brainstorming and generating creative solutions
- Initiative to prioritise and organise work effectively
Your Typical Duties:
- As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for all customers.
- Building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Managing customer budgets and timelines, ensuring clear expectations regarding projects.
- Keeping your customer database up to date, ensuring accurate information is maintained at a high standard
